From your organization settings, open the invoicing information section and enter your legal form, VAT/tax number, registered address, and billing email. Your VAT number is validated automatically to help avoid mistakes on your invoices.

No, there is no app to install: your customers just scan the QR Code with their phone camera and the menu opens instantly in the browser.

Some restaurants are listed on Foodlista before their owners join, for example so they already appear on the Explore Map. If your restaurant is already on Foodlista but you don't manage it yet, you can claim it to take control of its page, menus, and settings.

Open your restaurant's public page on foodlista.it: if it hasn't been claimed yet, you'll see a notice inviting you to claim it. Fill in the form with your name and contact details and, if you have them, your company name and VAT number. You can also attach a document proving that you run the business to speed up the review.

When you enable WhatsApp bookings, your customers can pick a date, time, and number of guests and add a note directly from your menu. Foodlista prepares the request and opens it in WhatsApp, ready to send to your restaurant's number. To use it, add your WhatsApp number and your opening hours in your restaurant settings; you can also set the time-slot interval and how long before closing bookings are accepted.
